Lynx carry the secrets of deep mystery, and are one of the rarest big cat sightings in the wild.

The Burn Scar area in the aftermath of the Cameron Peak Fire in the Poudre Canyon of Colorado is the inspiration for this piece. I set out to show the beauty and mystery of how life survives against all odds. There is still unexpected beauty in chaos.
